Discover our joint research fellowships
07 May 2019
We offer a wide range of research fellowships, awards and grants to support all career stages, from medical students through to consultants. Over the years, fellows and members have extended the frontiers of surgery through clinical research and the development of new operative techniques.
In the last 25 years, through the Research Fellowship Scheme, we have committed more than £40 million to support over 750 individual trainee surgeons working in university departments and hospitals throughout the UK and abroad.
We currently have three joint research fellowships open. Apply by 13 June:
Joint RCS/Circulation Foundation Research Fellowship
This two year joint research fellowship is eligible to members, affiliates or ad eundems of the RCS and members of the Vascular Society.
Joint RCS/ Blond McIndoe Research Foundation Fellowship
