We have upgraded our database and finance system

We are pleased to announce we have moved to a new database and finance system. Our new systems will, over time, deliver better services for you. Financial transactions will be faster, it will become easier to manage your data, and we will be able to make your interaction with the College more tailored to your career stage.

Most services are now functioning as usual with the following exceptions (see further details below):

• Exam and course order history
• Course certificates
• Exam results
• Postgraduate Certificate in Surgery dashboard
• Women in Surgery network registration

Note on course and exam booking: We are aware of an issue experienced by some applicants where an error flags as 'Duplicate phone numbers detected' during the booking process. If you see this, please check your address details and remove any phone numbers that are repeated in more than one phone number field.

How does this affect my account and My Account area?

Your account data has been transferred to our new system, including your existing login details. We have updated the way that you log in to our website but you should be able to log in as usual with your email address or contact ID (membership) number, and your password. If you need to reset your password, follow the 'forgotten password' link.

Membership subscription payments

Membership subscription payments are currently paused. For any urgent questions about your membership subscription, please contact the team at membership@rcseng.ac.uk. 

Exam and course order history

Upcoming courses and exams are currently not showing in the My Account area – please find this information on the booking page for the relevant course or exam. If you have booked a course or an exam, please check your email inbox for confirmation.

Course certificates

Course certificates in the My Account area are currently unavailable. If you urgently need to access a certificate from a course you have completed, please contact:

Exam certificates and results

Exam certificates and results in the My Account area are currently unavailable. Exam results will be emailed directly to candidates as usual. To access past exam results, please check your email inbox. For other requests, please email surgicalexams@rcseng.ac.uk or dentalexams@rcseng.ac.uk.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Surgery dashboard

The Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Surgery dashboard is no longer available in your My Account area. To view your progress, please check your modules on the VLE or contact education@rcseng.ac.uk.

Women in Surgery network registration

Registration for the Women in Surgery (WinS) network is currently unavailable and will be back as soon as possible. To register your interest, please fill out this form.
