Website and systems offline between 30 July and 6 August
22 Jul 2025
We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new database and finance system.
Our new systems will, over time, deliver better services to our members, customers, and stakeholders. Financial transactions will be faster, it will become easier to manage your data, and we will be able to make your interaction with the College more tailored to your career stage.
Our new system will be live by Wednesday 6 August at the latest. To prepare for this launch, our existing systems and the College website will be offline from Wednesday 30 July, although a small number of services will continue to function.
What services will be impacted?
Between Wednesday 30 July and Wednesday 6 August, the website will be offline while we transfer records to a new system. This means that any services that require a connection to your online account will also be impacted.
You may also experience a delayed response from our teams between Wednesday 30 July and Wednesday 6 August if your enquiry depends on us accessing your database details.
Please see below for further information.
