The RCS has appointed two new RCS Surgical Specialty Leads (SSLs). The appointments have been made in collaboration with the Association of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland (AUGIS), leading pancreatic cancer charities and Heartburn Cancer UK.

The Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) and the Natural History Museum (NHM) are pleased to announce that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for co-operation between the two organisations around research and skills sharing.

Today (3 May 2018) the Royal College of Surgeons jointly signed a letter to the new Home Secretary Sajid Javid with the BMA, NHS Employers and other royal colleges, urging reform of the Tier 2 visa system to allow international doctors and other healthcare professionals to work in the UK.
