Gender Pay
We are committed to ensure equality of opportunity and to promote diversity for all existing and potential staff, affiliates, members, fellows, council members, contractors and visitors. This is enshrined in our values. Our aim is that our recruitment and employment practices promote and support equal opportunities and do not discriminate unlawfully in any way.
As of April 2024, our mean gender pay gap is 3.3% and our median gender pay gap is 4.7%. We have produced a report with the full analysis of our gender pay gap with an outline of the actions we have taken and our planned next steps to continue to address the gender pay gap.
