RCS website and email services resume following recent fire in Holborn

Following a fire before Easter in Holborn, London, which took out power and internet services to the College, our internet access has been restored and is now up and running. The main College website is back online and other websites run by the College are being returned to service in stages. Users may see slower response times on the website but we expect the website to be fully back to normal over the course of the next week. Email access has been returned (attachments are currently limited to 5MB).

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that these recent problems have caused. We appreciate your patience whilst we have worked with our suppliers in restoring services. If you have tried to contact the College since the 2nd April then please either resend your message or if you do need to speak to a member of staff a full list of contacts can be found here.

In the event that we have any further issues we will post updates on the College’s Twitter account and Facebook page.

Recruitment: Please note that we have been unable to receive applications for vacancies advertised at the college since April 2nd, so please re-send your applications. We will extend all affected deadlines by one week.

Payments: If you have paid for any services via the RCS website in recent days and have received a message that there was an error but have been charged, please do not attempt to pay again. Please either wait for an email from us to confirm your booking was successful, or telephone or email the relevant contact for a resolution.
