Statement on attack on previous RCS Eng council member Graeme Perks

Professor Neil Mortensen, President of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS Eng), has expressed deep shock at the news of a brutal attack on past RCS Eng council member and plastic surgeon, Mr Graeme Perks. 

Professor Mortensen said:

“We are deeply shocked and saddened to hear of the brutal attack on Graeme Perks in his home in Nottingham. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this worrying time. We would like to send him good wishes for a full recovery.”

Mr Graeme Perks is a past President of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS).
