Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants will:
- understand the specialist list assessed application (SLAA) process and how best to go about it;
- be provided with an overview of leadership roles and their benefits;
- be aware of SAS contractual changes and how to make the most of their appraisal and job plan;
- be provided with an overview of educational roles and their benefits;
- and understand the benefits of mentorship for mentors and mentees.
Format
The course will be held face to face at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and will be delivered via a series of lectures.
