Help searching for a surgeon or specialist
All surgeons listed on the website are current members and fellows of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, which is one of the four surgical royal colleges in the UK (London, Edinburgh and Glasgow) and Ireland (Dublin). A qualified surgeon can decide which surgical royal college they would like to be a member of, as a result, if your surgeon is registered with a different college they will not appear on this database. The General Medical Council (GMC) and General Dental Council (GDC) provides a definitive list of qualified surgeons and dentists in the UK.
Members’ GMC or GDC registrations can be verified on their respective websites.
