The Senior Fellows' Society Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 4 November 2019.
The venue for the main meeting will be taking place at The Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PY which is situated opposite Green Park in Central London.
The day will begin at 10.15am prior to the main meeting where we will have a private guided tour of Apsley House (149 Piccadilly, London W1J 7NT) which holds the Duke of Wellington collection and one of the finest art collections in London and a private guided tour of the historical Wellington Arch. We will also see The Queen’s Household Cavalry as they pass under the Wellington Arch on the way to Change the Guard at Horseguards.
There will be two groups in the morning. You will have the option to begin at Apsley House or Wellington Arch, due to group size restrictions of the guided tours at Apsley House, please select when booking below.
Group 1:
Meet at Apsley House for 10.15am for their guided tour of Apsley House, once finished they will go over to visit Wellington Arch (the Cavalry return at about 11.45am).
Group 2:
Meet at Wellington Arch at 10.15am (the Cavalry pass through at about 10.40am) and after their tour will make their way to Apsley House for their guided tours of the House.

We encourage you to invite your partners/ spouses for the day as the talks are very general and equally of interest to lay as to medical audiences.

Main meeting
Once all guided tours and visits have come to an end, you will then make your way to the venue for the main meeting that will be at The Royal Air Force Club, 128 Piccadilly, London W1J 7PY which is situated opposite Green Park in central London (a short walk away) for registration and lunch, followed by the main meeting of the day.
We encourage you to invite your partners/ spouses for the day as the talks are very general and equally of interest to lay as to medical audiences.
Drinks and dinner
Finally, a wonderful three-course meal will be served for dinner at The Royal Air Force Club including pre-dinner drinks after the meeting come to a close.
Dress code
The dress code for the day including the dinner is smart casual.
